The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to define the principles and guidelines implemented by PlayIn with regard to the processing of personal data of users of the website

2. Use of the data

These data are collected to allow the organisation of events through the platform, sharing information about companies, sport organisations and volunteers.

The cookies will allow us to follow the impact of PlayIn platform and adapt our services accordingly.

3. Recipients of personal data

The data collected will be communicated to the members who have registered to PlayIn to meet the platform purpose: connecting companies, sport organisations and volunteers.

4. Retention period of your data

The data coming from the users account shall be kept for 1 year. If the account is inactive for a year, the data will be deleted or anonymised. Yearly check-ups will be organised the last business day of June per country to ensure PlayIn respect your rights. For the active profiles, after 3 years, users will receive an email to offer them to renew their approval about allowing us to keep their data (for another 3 years).

These operations are carried out in a secure manner. We implement the necessary technical, physical, and organisational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration, loss, or unauthorised access to your personal data.
